2. Service Description

dev&din provides a suite of digital applications serving the Muslim community. All dev&din applications share a common authentication system — a single account gives you access to all our Services.

3. User Accounts

To use our Services, you must create an account using one of the following methods:

• Google Sign-In (SSO)
• Apple Sign In
• Magic link or one-time password (OTP) via email

One account provides access to all dev&din applications. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information.
• Use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Not use the Services for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose.
• Not interfere with or disrupt the proper functioning of the Services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and design — are the exclusive property of dev&din and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our Services without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. dev&din does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, dev&din shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may delete your account at any time through any dev&din application. Upon deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved in the competent courts.
